Such a light pea soup on chicken broth is a real find when you want something warming, but quite light. I recommend using chopped peas, because it cooks much faster. You don't even have to soak it.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Peas (stabbed) – 250 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken fillet until tender, remove and cut into strips.
Wash the peas and boil in boiling broth for 20 minutes.
Cut all the vegetables into strips and send them to the peas. Add chicken and spices to the same place.
Cook everything together for about 10 more minutes until the ingredients are ready.
