I will not talk about the benefits of compotes, but rather share with you another recipe on this topic. I propose to cook a compote of pitted peaches for the winter. Even an inexperienced cook can easily cook it.

Ingredients

  • Peaches - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 350 g
  • Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
  • Water - 5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the peaches in half and peel the seeds.

Put the fruit in sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lids.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and citric acid.

Boil for 2 minutes, pour into jars and roll up.
