Ingredients
- Canned fish - 2 banks
- Cucumbers - 3-4 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Yogurt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender and grate on a coarse grater.
Thinly and finely chop cucumbers, chop green onions.
Mash the fish with a fork and lay out the salad in layers: fish, cucumbers, eggs and onions.
If desired, coat the layers with thick yogurt or light mayonnaise.
