There are different ways to cook khachapuri from lavash, but according to this recipe they are most similar to the classic ones. This time I suggest using cheese as a filling, but if desired, take any pickled cheese.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 300 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Gouda Cheese - 150 g
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with kefir and salt.
Put aside a sheet of lavash, and cut out circles from two more according to the size of the mold.
Cut the pita bread trimmings and transfer to the kefir mixture.
Put a whole sheet of lavash in a mold with sides.
Sprinkle with grated gouda and cover with a circle of pita bread.
Sprinkle gouda and pieces of cheese again.
Put the pieces of pita bread from kefir, and cheese and cheese on them again.
Tuck the edges of the lowest lavash inside, cover with the remaining circle and pour the remnants of the kefir mixture.
Bake khachapuri in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
