- Flour - 400 g
- Milk - 350 ml
- Fresh yeast - 20 g
- Sugar - 100 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk.
Add a couple of spoonfuls of flour, mix and remove to a warm place for 10 minutes.
Sift the flour into a wide bowl, add the sourdough, vanilla and mix well.
Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours.
Preheat the spoon, put the dough on it and fry in oil. The finished pastry itself will separate from the spoon and float to the surface.
