When pizza needs to be cooked quickly, this recipe helps me out a lot. The dough is kneaded on kefir and eggs, so yeast is not needed here at all. Fillings can be different. I offer proven classics — champignons, sausage and mozzarella.
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Kefir (warm) – 250 ml
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for lubrication) – 30 ml
- Sausage - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Champignons - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Tomato sauce - 80 ml
- Basil - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm kefir with soda and sugar.
Add the sifted flour, salt and lightly beaten egg.
Knead a soft dough, greasing your hands and the table with vegetable oil.
Chop the sausage, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough into a cake about 1.5 centimeters thick and place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush generously with tomato sauce. Spread the sausage and mushrooms evenly, sprinkle with mozzarella.
Put the halves of cherry tomatoes on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Put the finished pizza on a wide dish and garnish with fresh basil.
