I bake these cupcakes on the occasion of some holiday, although they themselves can turn an ordinary tea party into a whole event. The recipe is very simple. You can add any chocolate, but I like it with extra-black.
Ingredients
- Butter (soft) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Flour - 300 g
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 1,5 glasses
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Chocolate - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla.
Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Beat soft butter with sugar and salt until white.
Continuing the mixer, add one egg at a time.
Pour in the dry billet, pieces of chocolate and mix.
Put the dough into the prepared molds, filling no more than two thirds, and bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
