Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a bowl, mix sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and salt. Add 1 yolk, mix well and leave for 10 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Combine the softened butter with flour, rub it into crumbs with your hands. Add baking powder, mix.
Pour the sour cream mass into the crumbs, mix well in a bowl, then knead a smooth elastic dough on the table. Cover the dough with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Combine cottage cheese with sugar and salt, add protein and add vanilla sugar if desired. Whisk with a blender until smooth.
Put the dough on a floured table, roll out 5 mm thick, cut out circles with a mold.
Put a tablespoon of cottage cheese on one edge of the tortilla, cover with the second edge of the dough. Do not close tightly! Lubricate the surface of the juicers with beaten yolk.
Bake the juicers with cottage cheese in a preheated 180 °C oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pastries with powdered sugar.
