Even fasting is not a reason to completely abandon delicious and varied food. If there were not so many options before, now you can adapt almost any favorite recipe. I suggest today to try to cook a lean lemon cake – light and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 460 g
  • Sugar - 160 g
  • Lemon - 2 pieces
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 90 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour boiling water over one lemon, cut, remove the seeds and chop the lemon with the peel with a blender.

Mix with butter and sugar. Add baking soda and then sifted flour.

Put half of the dough into the mold. Then lay out a couple of circles of the second lemon.

Grate the second half of the dough on top on a grater. You can put it in the freezer for a while before that.

Put more lemon slices on top.

Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
