Pour boiling water over one lemon, cut, remove the seeds and chop the lemon with the peel with a blender.
Mix with butter and sugar. Add baking soda and then sifted flour.
Put half of the dough into the mold. Then lay out a couple of circles of the second lemon.
Grate the second half of the dough on top on a grater. You can put it in the freezer for a while before that.
Put more lemon slices on top.
