For Dough:
- Flour - 300 g
- Powdered sugar - 90 g
- Butter - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces
For filling:
- Cottage cheese - 650 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Cream (33%) – 100 ml
- Nut paste - 60 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub sugar, flour and chopped butter into crumbs.
Add the eggs, mix the dough, roll out thinly and put in a mold with sides.
Bake the base in the oven for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
Whisk the ingredients for the filling until smooth and pour on the base.
Bake cheesecakes for 1.5-2 hours in the oven at 110 degrees.
Let it cool down in the oven with the door ajar and put it in the refrigerator.
