If you like cheesecakes, but you don't need a whole cake, I suggest making a mini version of it. If you don't want to mess with the oven, we'll do without baking. And if you want to try some original taste, let's make this cheesecake tangerine!
Ingredients
- Butter - 170 g
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 400 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 400 g
- Powdered sugar - 130 g
- Cookies (sand) – 400 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
- Tangerines - 4-5 pieces
- Jelly (orange) – 100 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Gelatin - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the butter, mix with crushed cookies and tamp them into molds. Send it to the refrigerator.
Dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar with a blender.
Heat the gelatin until dissolved, let cool, pour into the curd mass and mix.
Pour the mass into the molds on the base and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Place the randomly sliced tangerines on top.
Prepare the jelly according to the instructions, pour it on top and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
