I prefer to cook tiramisu not in the form of a large cake or roll, but immediately in ready-made portions in cream bowls. It is more convenient and also much more beautiful if you want to serve dessert to the table. A great option just for the family or for a holiday.
Ingredients
- Mascarpone - 500 g
- Savoyardi Cookies - 16 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 80 g
- Coffee (strong) – 1 cup
- Liquor (optional) – 20 ml
- Cocoa - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the yolks and whisk white with powdered sugar.
Mash the mascarpone and mix with the yolks.
Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy foam. Stir into the cream with a spatula.
Add the liqueur to the coffee and stir.
Fill the cremans with cream for a quarter.
Dip savoyardi in coffee and put it on top. Some of the cookies can be broken.
Put the cream again, sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
