Need to cook something for tea? Bake an orange cake. Despite its simplicity, the dessert turns out to be original, delicious and very fragrant! So that when baking, the top layer of oranges does not burn, I cover it with foil.

- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 200 g
- Flour - 320 g
- Orange peel - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
Add the melted butter and orange zest.
Pour in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Scald the orange with boiling water, dry it and cut it into circles.
Cover the mold with baking paper, pour in the dough and put the circles of oranges on top.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. It is advisable to cover the cake with foil for the first 20 minutes.
