The usual marshmallow is always very sweet, so it's hard to imagine it without sugar. But actually cooking is not difficult at all. It turns out a wonderful PP treat for tea, which you still can't eat too much. I share a proven recipe.
Ingredients
- Egg whites - 30 g
- Applesauce - 160 g
- Honey - 360 g
- Water - 50 ml
- Agar-agar - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix applesauce and 150 g of honey.
Fill the agar with water, leave for 15 minutes.
Add half of the protein to the puree, beat with a mixer and then add the other half. Also whisk until fluffy.
Add the remaining honey to the agar-agar, bring to a boil and boil for a minute.
Continuing to beat the marshmallows, pour in a thin stream of syrup. Whisk for a couple more minutes.
Put the marshmallows on parchment with a pastry syringe and let it completely harden.
