Dried apricot bars are a delicious and satisfying treat for tea for all occasions. And they prepare so simply that it's hard to believe it. There is only one minus – they are quite sticky, so it's better to separate them with parchment.
Ingredients
- Dried apricots - 120 g
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Nuts - 80 g
- Sunflower seeds - 30 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 30 g
- Flax Seeds - 2 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse and finely chop dried apricots, add raisins and other dry ingredients.
Heat up the honey, mix with the whole mass and lay it out in a layer on a layer of parchment.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees and cut the bars into strips.
