- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Peanuts - handful
- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 50 ml
- Bitter chocolate - 100 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Milk (high fat content) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.
Add milk, soft butter and warm up, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Dry the peanuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Defrost the dough at room temperature.
Roll out and cut into identical triangles.
Put a little chocolate on the wide edge, turn up the sides so that the filling does not leak out, and roll up a loose roll.
Place the blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Mix the milk, yolk and powdered sugar. Lubricate the croissants with the resulting mixture.
Bake in a well-heated oven according to the following scheme: the first 10 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees, and then another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Pour chocolate over the finished croissants and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
