Another great seasonal find for lovers of homemade pastries – puffs with fresh apricots. Small sweet varieties are especially good – you can not even add sugar to them. I advise you to cook such puffs for tea at least once.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Apricots - 300 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the dough into rectangles and make incisions on the halves.
Put apricot slices on whole halves and sprinkle with sugar.
Pinch the edges of the puffs, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
