- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 120 g
- Flour - 500 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Honey (liquid) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa - 50 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Butter - 100 g
- Bitter chocolate - 150 g
- Condensed milk - 350 g
- Raspberry - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt butter in a water bath.
Add honey, sugar, salt and mix. The ingredients should completely dissolve.
Whipping the warming mass with a whisk, add one egg at a time.
Add baking powder, mix and remove from heat. The mass should turn white and increase in size.
Add the sifted flour, cocoa and knead a smooth dough. Divide into 8-9 identical pieces, cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll out each piece of cake and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
In a water bath, melt the butter and broken pieces of chocolate.
Add condensed milk, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Divide each raspberry berry into halves with your hands.
Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with chocolate cream and sprinkling with raspberry slices. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
