In summer I often cook different desserts from fresh berries. In this list, of course, there is strawberry ice cream. Cooked at home, it turns out not only delicious, but also very useful. I'm sharing the recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Cream - 400 ml
- Condensed milk - 200 g
- Strawberries - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the strawberries in a blender and then rub through a sieve.
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer until they thicken strongly.
Add condensed milk, strawberry puree and mix well.
Put the ice cream in the prepared mold and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 2-3 hours, take the ice cream out of the freezer every 30 minutes and mix with a mixer.
