Got some free time? Prepare homemade ice cream. This dessert will undoubtedly please both adults and children. Contrary to popular belief, homemade cream is not suitable for this. It is best to use store-bought fat with a fat content of 30-33%.

Heat the milk over low heat, but do not bring it to a boil.

In a separate bowl with a mixer, beat the yolks with sugar until white.

Continuing to beat, pour in a thin stream of hot milk.

Boil the mass until it thickens over medium heat, but do not boil.

Remove from heat and cool at room temperature. Strain through a sieve to get rid of lumps.

Beat the cooled cream at high speeds until thickened.

Add the egg-milk mixture, vanilla and mix well.

Put the ice cream in a wide bowl and put it in the freezer for 4 hours.
