PP cheesecakes differ significantly from traditional ones. But they are much healthier, easier to prepare and still very tasty. Today I want to tell you exactly about this option, even without baking.
Ingredients
For the base:
- Corn flour - 40 g
- Cocoa - 10 g
- Milk - 50 ml
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Maple syrup (or other) – 1 tsp.
For the curd layer:
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Water - 50 ml
- Greek yogurt - 230 g
- Cottage cheese - 170 g
- Kefir - 40 ml
- Berries (for decoration) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the ingredients for the cake in a blender, put in a mold and tamp. Send it to the refrigerator.
Fill the gelatin with water and cook according to the instructions.
Whisk yogurt, kefir and cottage cheese in a blender. Add gelatin and pour this mass over the base. If desired, first add syrup or sahzam.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator, and when it grabs slightly, sprinkle with berries. Send it back for a couple of hours.
