Another interesting way to make homemade cheesecake is to add a little gelatin. So it gets a more uniform and elastic consistency, even if you make it from cottage cheese. I highly recommend trying it at least once!
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 200 g
- Butter - 70 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Cream (33%) – 400 ml
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1-2 tbsp.l.
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Water - 65 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind cookies with butter in a blender and lay out the base.
Fill the gelatin with water and cook according to the instructions.
Whisk the remaining ingredients with an immersion blender.
Add gelatin and whisk again.
Pour the mass on the base and remove the cheesecake overnight in the refrigerator under the film.
