Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Sour cream - 250 ml
- Oat flakes - 150 g
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Coconut oil - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the flakes and nuts in a blender, but not into flour.
Mix with honey and melted butter, and tamp on the bottom of the mold.
Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Whisk cottage cheese and sour cream with a blender. Add the sahzam and vanilla if desired.
Pour in the gelatin and whisk everything again.
