Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 400 g
- Apples - 1 piece
- Ginger - 20 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Wine - 120 ml
- Peach juice - 200 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml
- Cardamom - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes in a blender and rub through a sieve.
Prepare apples, onions, ginger and garlic, finely chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, spices and wine. Fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add apples, sugar and salt. Pour in the tomato mass, peach juice and cook all together for 15 minutes.
Add vinegar, boil for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
