When there is no desire to mess with the filling, you can make muffins. Fragrant, beautiful, delicious and most importantly — made with love. With this recipe, the dough turns out to be very soft and does not harden for a long time!

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 1 kg
  • Milk - 450 ml
  • Chicken eggs - 1 piece
  • Fresh yeast - 30 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 80 g
  • Salt - at the tip of the knife
  • Vegetable oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 tbsp.l.

Mix 1 cup of warm milk, sugar, 2 tbsp flour and crumbled yeast.

Cover the container with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Sift flour into a wide bowl, add baking powder, sourdough, remaining milk and melted butter.

Beat the egg lightly with salt, add to a bowl and knead a soft dough.

Sprinkle flour on top, cover with cling film and remove for 1 hour to rise in a warm place.

Knead the dough again and divide it into 17 identical parts.

Shape each piece into a round ball and put it in a greased mold.

Send the finished buns to a warm place for 30 minutes.

Brush the top with egg whipped with milk. Bake for half an hour in a preheated 180 degree oven.
