Ingredients
- Flour - 1 kg
- Milk - 450 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Fresh yeast - 30 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Milk - 2 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix 1 cup of warm milk, sugar, 2 tbsp flour and crumbled yeast.
Cover the container with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add baking powder, sourdough, remaining milk and melted butter.
Beat the egg lightly with salt, add to a bowl and knead a soft dough.
Sprinkle flour on top, cover with cling film and remove for 1 hour to rise in a warm place.
Knead the dough again and divide it into 17 identical parts.
Shape each piece into a round ball and put it in a greased mold.
Send the finished buns to a warm place for 30 minutes.
Brush the top with egg whipped with milk. Bake for half an hour in a preheated 180 degree oven.
