There is nothing easier than to cook classic cheese cakes from cottage cheese, taking into account the peculiarities of the PP diet. Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 370 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Sugar substitute - 1 g
- Semolina - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the egg.
Add sugar substitute and vanilla to taste.
Add semolina, mix everything and leave for 10 minutes.
Form cheesecakes and fry until browned on both sides with a minimum amount of oil.
