How delicious the chops in cheese batter turn out! I use this recipe when I need to cook something festive. Depending on the type of cheese, the dish slightly changes the taste. I recommend serving such chops hot and always with sauce!
Ingredients
- Pork (fillet) – 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut it across the fibers into thin plates.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides. Sprinkle the resulting blanks with salt and ground pepper.
Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Beat the eggs with a fork with salt and ground pepper. Add the grated cheese and mix.
Pour the flour onto a wide plate.
Roll the chops in flour, dip them in the cheese-egg mixture and put them in a preheated frying pan with butter.
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side and put on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
