- Plums - 3 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the plums in half and peel the seeds.
Put the fruit in a saucepan with a thick bottom, add water and cook for 20 minutes.
Flip the soft plums into a colander and rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting puree with citric acid and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Spread out in clean, dry jars, roll up, turn upside down and wrap with a thick towel.
