Draniki is hard to call a healthy dish, but it's easy to fix. For example, it is worth adding a little cottage cheese there – and now at least a portion of valuable protein. The dish turns out to be even more satisfying, and with a new interesting texture.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes and drain the liquid.
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix with the potatoes.
Add the egg with flour and spices there, and mix again.
Form the pancakes and fry in a preheated frying pan on both sides. You can spread them with a spoon.
