Pork and beef are most often bought for kebabs. I suggest today to try something new and cook a barbecue from a turkey wing. You can use different ingredients for the marinade. I like it with soy sauce, butter, spices and salt.
Ingredients
- Turkey Wings (500-700 g each) – 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Zira - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Turkey wings cut into three parts at the joints, rinse and put in a bowl.
Add salt, spices, oil and soy sauce. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Put the wings on a greased grill and fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning them over often.
