Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the meat into medium cubes and chop the vegetables with mushrooms.

Lightly fry the mushrooms with garlic, add the rest of the vegetables and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Roll the beef in flour and fry separately until browned.

Arrange the ingredients in pots, add all the spices and herbs, and pour in the wine.

Bake for 2 hours at 170 degrees.
