I really like to experiment with filling for rolls, adding all sorts of unexpected ingredients. For example, why not replace the usual avocado or cucumber with mango? I share my favorite recipe! The main thing is to find a ripe fruit.
Ingredients
- Nori - 1 sheet
- Round rice - 140 g
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Philadelphia Cheese - 160 g
- Mango liqueur - 0.5 pieces
- Salmon - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice according to the instructions. Season it with vinegar, sugar and salt, and let it cool.
Cover the roll mat with a film.
Lay out the rice and half of the nori leaf on top. Tamp it down.
Put the sliced mango and philadelphia on the nori.
Roll the tight rice rolls outwards.
Put thin slices of salmon on top and press with the same film.
Lightly moisten the knife and cut the rolls.
