Sometimes you want something familiar, straight from childhood. This cottage cheese casserole with semolina and honey is exactly such a recipe. For a change, I suggest saving time and effort, and cooking it in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Raisins - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the raisins in hot water for a couple of minutes.
Fill the semolina with milk and leave it for a while too.
Rub the cottage cheese with yolks and honey. Add semolina.
Separately whisk the whites to peaks and also add to the casserole.
Last of all, stir in the raisins and put the mass into the greased bowl of the slow cooker.
Cook the casserole in the "Baking" mode for about 50 minutes.
