- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Semolina - 4 art.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Put the mass in a greased frying pan and fry on low heat for about 25 minutes under the lid.
