If you prefer an original and unusual jam to a long–proven classic - this recipe of black currants, oranges and bananas is exactly for you. I advise you to roll up such jam in small jars – it will be much more convenient this way.
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 1.5 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 500 g
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil sugar with water and boil until dissolved.
Add sliced bananas, orange and currant.
Cook the jam for about half an hour, stirring.
Grind it with a blender, boil for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
