Bright citrus taste and aroma complements any jam, including pear jam. I prefer to use oranges, because they are not so sour, and it will be a very harmonious delicacy. A wonderful treat for tea in addition to your favorite pancakes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the pears and oranges.

Mix with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring to a boil and add spices.

Cook the jam for 20-30 minutes on low heat.

Roll it up in sterilized jars for the winter.
