Jelly jams are by no means a curiosity. And they can be prepared from a wide variety of types of berries. Including grapes. Unless the grapes thicken badly by themselves, so a bag of gelatin comes to the rescue. Minimum effort and maximum taste!
Ingredients
- Grapes - 500 g
- Sugar - 220 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Gelatin - 1 packaging
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pluck the grapes from the twigs and pierce or slice the berries.
Cover it with sugar and leave it for 1-2 hours.
Bring to a boil, pour in water and boil for 5 minutes.
Let the workpiece cool, drain the syrup and dilute the gelatin in it according to the instructions.
Boil the syrup with gelatin, add the grapes and cinnamon, and boil for another 4-5 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
