Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the cherries. Rinse them and separate them from the bone. Pour it into the pot in which you will cook the jam.
Mix half of the sugar with pectin and leave, this mixture will be useful to us later.
Mix the second half of the sugar with the berries, put it on medium heat to cook. Bring the jam to a boil, stir constantly. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes and add sugar with pectin.
