Instead of store-bought ham and sausage, I have long switched to homemade meat rolls. Basically, they take time to prepare, but at the same time they require a minimum of strength and culinary skills. So there are no problems even for beginners! I share my favorite beef recipe.
Ingredients
- Beef - 900 g
- Ricotta - 1 glass
- Spices and seasonings (for meat) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Mozzarella - 200 g
- Parmesan - 90 g
- Spinach - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut and unfold a piece of beef so that you get a rectangular layer.
Chop off the meat and rub with spices to taste.
Lightly fry the spinach in a frying pan to remove excess moisture.
Grate mozzarella and parmesan.
Mix all kinds of cheese and spinach, and grease the meat with stuffing.
Roll up a tight roll, tie it with a thread and sprinkle with oil.
Put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 210 degrees.
Increase the temperature and bake for another 5 minutes.
Let the roll cool down a little and slice.
