Traditionally, this dish is prepared from raw fish marinated in sauces. I adapted the recipe a little to my taste and made a poke with lightly salted salmon. To serve, use different sauces: unagi, soy, teriyaki or sesame.
Ingredients
- Round rice (boiled) – 300 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 250 g
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone.
Slice the avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop lettuce leaves and lightly salted salmon.
Put rice, lettuce, avocado and salmon on plates.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
