Ingredients
- Lavash (Armenian) – 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Cabbage (white) – 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chicken fillet and peeled onion finely chop.
Chop the white cabbage into thin strips.
Add lemon juice, salt, ground pepper, sour cream and mix.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Occupying the third part of the wide edge, lay out layers of chicken, onions, Korean carrots and cabbage.
Turn the sides inside and roll up a tight roll. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the pita bread and filling.
