Ingredients
- Chickpeas - 200 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Breadcrumbs - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the chickpeas overnight, rinse and pass through a meat grinder twice.
Finely chop the garlic and grate the onion or chop it in a blender.
Grate the cheese and add it to the same place. Season the mixture and mix.
Form balls, roll in breadcrumbs and deep fry the falafel until evenly browned.
