- Minced meat - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - at the tip of the knife
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the greens and peeled onions.
Mix the minced meat, onion, herbs, spices and salt.
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork.
Spread thin pita bread on the table.
Use a silicone brush to lubricate the egg billet.
Lay out the minced meat and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Roll up the rolls, put them on a covered baking sheet and smear the remains of the egg mixture on top.
Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
