- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 7 tbsp.l .
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Semolina - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with yolks until smooth. Add sugar, semolina and starch.
Whisk the whites with vanilla sugar and salt into a fluffy white foam.
Gently with a spatula from the bottom up, mix the proteins into the curd mass.
