- Pasta - 150 g
- Cauliflower - 400 g
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pasta until tender, and disassemble both types of cabbage into inflorescences.
Mix everything together with spices, herbs and sour cream right in the mold.
Cover with grated cheese and put the casserole in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
