Fresh or frozen vegetables are equally suitable for this recipe. Therefore, choose what is more convenient for you. But I advise you to take the minced meat for potato casserole chilled. Quite ideally, make it yourself.

- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 ml
- Cream - 60 ml
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Corn - 60 g
- Green peas - 60 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with cream and butter. Add the beaten egg.
Cut onion and carrot into small cubes, fry until soft. Add the corn and peas, and remove from the heat after a minute.
Separately fry the minced meat and season to taste. Mix with vegetables.
Lay out layers of potatoes, minced meat and potatoes again.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
