Hake is a very common fish in our latitudes, and as soon as it is not cooked. This time I suggest you try this recipe with Asian notes – with sesame seeds, chili and chopped herbs. If there are several sprigs of lemongrass, add it as well. And in general, experiment with the sharpness and spices to taste.
Ingredients
- Hake - 4 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sea salt - 2 pinches
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sprinkle the peeled hake carcasses with lemon and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the garlic, chili and herbs to taste. Put it on top and sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds.
Bake the hake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 10 degrees. First, 20 minutes under the foil and then 10 without it.
