Cooking over a campfire is much easier than it might seem at first glance. Especially if you are used to using a gas stove. The same principle, only the scale is bigger! And for example, I suggest cooking juicy pork ribs in a cauldron.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Dried chili pepper - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the ribs into portions and fry in oil over a fire until browned on all sides.
Pour in water and simmer them under the lid until the meat begins to move away from the bones.
Add the chopped onion and fry further without a lid until it is soft.
Add all the spices and fry the ribs in the cauldron for another 5-7 minutes.
