- Cauliflower - 800 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Rosemary (for submission) – 1 twig
- Olive oil (for mold lubrication) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cauliflower, disassemble it into small inflorescences and put it in a saucepan.
Pour cold water, add a little salt and boil for 7 minutes after boiling.
Put the cabbage in a colander and leave to drain for 5 minutes.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater or finely chop it.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and sour cream.
Add oregano, hard cheese and mix.
Grease the mold with olive oil, lay out the cabbage and pour the prepared mass.
Add a sprig of rosemary on top, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
