Anyone can easily cook an appetizing Asian-style dish. To do this, you can use a frying pan, a cauldron or a slow cooker in the "Frying" mode. I like the last option the most, and I'll tell you about it today.

Chop the tofu, hot pepper, eggplant and peeled onion.

Place the eggplants in a separate container and fill with salt water for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, dry each piece thoroughly with a paper towel.

Activate the "Frying" mode, heat half the oil and, spreading in small portions, fry the eggplants until golden on both sides.

In the freed bowl of the slow cooker, fry the onion with sugar for 3-4 minutes. Then put it on a separate bowl.

Preheat the remaining oil and gently fry the chopped tofu.

In a deep container, mix teriyaki sauce, ground pepper, lemon juice, salt and garlic passed through a press.

Add fried eggplant, hot pepper and tofu to the bowl with the billet. Gently mix and set aside for half an hour.
